I think movies and gaming are proving that "woke" is very much a tail-wagging-the-dog situation, because when they get the movies and games they demand, nobody plays them. They're not movie-goers or gamers. They just don't like people who watch movies or play games. One thing I will say for the wokesters is that the geeks and gamers who oppose them the most vocally are probably way too into gaming and movie lore, in a life that is much too short. I was a big gamer in my 20s, but eventually just sort of stopped, other than a round of speed chess, here and there. There was just too much to DO, and I couldn't do as much as I wanted if I frittered my time away playing games.

@zxyatiywariii8 I got TOO into games, I think. Like a guy who can't control his drinking, and the only way he can live a good life is by not drinking at all. I'm not that way with alcohol. I can take it or leave it, and so I have no qualms about tipping a few at the appropriate time. It just doesn't come up very often. I know if I still played video games, I would play them too much.

The woke despise everything about life, liberty and prosperity. They're not buying anything. They just want to hurt people who do.
