There's a God hole, a questioning of the meaning of life, inside all of us. When you've "matured" beyond any notion of The Divine, you will try to fill that God hole with something else that seems lasting, gives you purpose, or solves a problem, or deals with a crisis, ... People jump on The Latest Thing, The Cause Çélèb (sp?) to fill that need to be part of something bigger. The more people feel that way, the more powerful they feel and the more disdain they hold for those who aren't breathless about the day's news.

Twitter is partisan left and left-right-uni-party establishment trash. I've had a number of trauma surgeries on both knees and both elbows. You're never quite the same. You always lose some sensation and often some flexibility. I find the so-called "gender-affirming" surgery on children to be abhorrent. The science of its benefits is weak to nonexistent. Let them develop as close to the way God made them as possible, and let them decide AFTER they've matured in mind and body. Truly pathological dysphoria doesn't necessitate radical medical interventions, especially not before puberty, or any time before they are legally an adult. I'm not a purist on this. There are some odd medical conditions out there. A boy entering puberty at age 8 or 9 might benefit from some puberty blockers. I don't know. Intersex is a 1 in 60,000 mutation. The old-fashioned way of dealing with it was to pick a gender and do the surgery. Pretty barbaric. Arielle Scarcella had an intersex guest on, who was a born female, but with a really big clitoris. They sewed her shut and "made" her a boy. Left to her own devices, she would've just been a woman with a very large clitoris. She was miserable and bullied growing up, but probably would've been fine as a girl. She liked and still likes boys. But she can't have a normal relationship with one.
