YouTube is part of the Matrix, slowly trying to herd everybody back to "approved content." And it's going to die as a result, because people won't tolerate the bullshit, any more.

A couple very telling facts: Conservatives can predict liberals, but liberals can't predict conservatives. Conservatives know what the liberals are saying, because they access information from a wide diversity of sources. Liberals do NOT know what conservatives are saying. They take the word of other liberals DESCRIBING (and mis-characterizing) conservatives, for purely partisan reasons. A lot of liberals are now seeking to appropriate terms like "echo chamber" that were coined by the right to describe the low-information liberals feeding each other nonsense, without anybody questioning their facts. They're trying to characterize anyone with a conservative view as someone who's been brainwashed by right-wing "echo chambers." LOL! You have to have an open mind and DIG to find ANYthing that's not sanitized by establishment liberals.

Dad wants to make sure there's enough for everybody. Mom notices when Katy's off her feed. Sometimes chaos needs to be checked. Sometimes order needs to be checked. Perfect order is total chaos in waiting. Managed chaos is the Tao.

@jamesford622 : As I understand it, 1984 was a result of his experiences in Spain.

Mainstream media is a stagnant puddle.

It's gotta be a strange time for liberals, who mostly believe the crap they've been served by media and lefty, vote-buying politicians. I've known the media are a tool for lefties since Walter Cronkite.

@DADotster So tax cuts are only good for corporations? Higher corporate taxes only mean the average person pays more for products from those corporations. Trump's biggest tax-reform measure was capping the federal deduction on state and local taxes to $10,000. That was how blue cities paid for everything. Tax the rich and let the rich write it all off on their taxes. A subsidy for blue cities' big spending paid for by working Americans in red states. You sound like all Democrats: "We're not taxed enough." I think we spend too much.

@willybilly2712 Well, the fact is that when an actual study was done, conservatives predicted the thinking of liberals, but liberals had a 1950s caricature of everyone who dared challenge their illiberal ideas.

@eugeniusbear2297 Peterson sees both sides, and I imagine it's a turn-off to modern conservatives and liberals, alike, but more so a turn off to so-called liberals, who are less liberal than the establishment they replaced.

What I took from the Cathy Neumann interview, was that she never bothered trying to understand Peterson's ideas in the first place, making her very ill-prepared to give the interview.

Women have always wielded political power, by proxy if not directly. Women wield their men in many cases.

It's not just common sense. It's the latest research on evolutionary biology, which tends to run in direct opposition to postmodernist ideology. It's scholarship and science versus pseudo-scholarship. To KNOW that it's pseudo-scholarship, look no farther than Sokal, but if you MUST go farther, please see Helen Pluckrose.

Yes, they're blinded to anything but a collectivist philosophy. But the driving force behind the dissonance between traditional media and mainstream society is that the traditional media are becoming more and more sensational to win the views of a small and dwindling viewership for a failed paradigm. We're witnessing the death throes of what once were network GIANTS, who are now MIDGETS, fighting over a very small segment of dumbasses who still watch their drek.
