  1. #1 It shouldn't be illegal for CBS to twist the news any way they want. You fix that with more free speech, exposing their flagrant bias and lies they tell to push an agenda. In a true, unregulated marketplace of ideas which we should have but don't, CBS's lies would destroy all their credibility and they would go broke, with nobody watching their news, any more. That's basically happening, but it was a real fight to get to this point.
