The uni-party is split only along what FLAVOR of socialism we will have. NEITHER party's establishment is interested in fundamental change, stripping the federals of most of their power to intervene in society and the economy. Here's how the debates go: "$100 billion for this program is fiscally irresponsible! $99.9 billion is RESPONSIBLE legislation!" "Sending $40 billion to Ukraine is MADNESS! $39.99 billion is reasonable."
