  2. New Rule: Anyone voting for or dictating a lock-down should forego all income and suffer the worst consequences of anyone affected by their decisions. Let them suffer along with the people and see how quickly they change their tune! If you can't open your restaurant, they don't get a paycheck. I bet they'd all start talking about "balancing the risks," then.
