  1. It's the death spiral of socialist ideology. They give the government WAY too much power and then complain about how bad things are getting, when it's perfectly obvious where this always leads. Their solutions? More government. "Govern me harder, Daddy!" We are a nation of Trotskyites screaming "That's not what I meant when I fought for the glorious socialist utopia." Idiot. That's EXACTLY what you meant. You're just too stupid to realize you're playing into the hands of the power elites.

  2. It's so ironic to hear people who scorn democracy and weaponize the government against their political rivals are the ones comparing their rivals to Nazis. They either don't know history or are relying on ignorance of history from their target audience. The MSM backing the establishment insiders at every turn is what people should be worried about. It's the state-run schools indoctrinating our children that we should be worried about. It's the dehumanization of anyone who wants to tap the brakes on further expansions of government role and scope that we should be worried about. THOSE are the parallels with Nazi Germany. But 80% of the West doesn't grasp the FACT that Hitler was a socialist.
