Presidents are only as good as their staffs. Clearly Joe's got his mental illness defense all lined up. The people running our agencies are the people running the government. We saw that with Donald Trump, only Joe just does what he's told; whereas Trump didn't like us being sprawled all over the planet. Trump was about taking care of USA first, with uncontroversial ideas like immigration controls and limits, or making friends with North Korea. Joe's just a figurehead. Put some aviator glasses on him. To me, it just seems like a Vincent Gigante approach to operating in plain sight.
