  3. Section 230 is just one part of the "Communications Decency Act" that in itSELF is a violation of the 1st Amendment, and should be struck down by the Supreme Court. But our system learned about how powerful government censorship was during World War II and instead of being a bulwark against it, decided to KEEP it and strengthen it. All they need to do is declare a "crisis" or "national security" and the 1st Amendment goes right out the window. We fought Hitler - we THOUGHT - to make sure freedom of speech was preserved, but we just adopted the Nazi model!
