  1. It's the same in the USA. 95% of the land surface votes one way. But the cities vote almost exclusively left. I think it's because they live in artificial bubbles, where the laws of Nature do not apply.

  2. I'm surprised he ever was chosen as PM and I'm even more surprised he's still PM. But acting a fool in a bar, whatever his errand, doesn't affect me, one way or the other. Everything about him is cringe, to me. As a general rule. I respect and admire the people up North. Harsh climate and wide-open spaces really weed out the weak and mean-spirited. Once you're outside the big city, folks are pretty much the same on both sides of the border. But the cities and the people who live in them seem to have little connection to reality.

  3.  @Aitch2020  Women tend to vote for the man they think is better-looking. It's a proven fact. Trump would've won in a landslide if he got rid of the hideous comb-over.
