@longw01 Trump trusts the people who work for him and is reluctant to fire anybody. That's my first approximation. He got elected because people wanted a guy who'd fire the lot, if they were no good. He got into office and acted scared when it was time for the short strokes, almost like he really DID have something to hide and he was afraid to actually go after the swamp. Talk big. Do very little.
