@wannalon1771 How do you think China would treat us in trade when you know how they treat their own people? They're a crime syndicate with totalitarian powers. Sadly, our country is on its way in that same direction. Our one saving grace is the incompetence and fecklessness of socialists. They're as good at fooling themselves as they are at fooling us.

Chinese engineering is fine. But by the time you get all the way down to the subcontractors who actually do the work, after all the contractors have taken their slice of the pie, you get the lowliest people doing the actual work with substandard materials, because most of the money is lining people's pockets. I think it's to the Chinese people's credit that they accomplish so much in spite of their corrupt, top-heavy system. That's why China will always be a paper tiger. Brilliant people. Hardworking people. Ruled by murderers and thieves. And if we're not careful and we don't re-think the madness of giving politicians the power to do anything they please, we will end up just like them. Our current government is rotten at the core. The same rotten core that attacked Trump from within now have the bosses they always wanted, so it's corruption without consequence stretching as far as the eye can see. Trump wasn't a bad guy. He was just a threat to an intricate ecosystem of kickbacks and mutual favors between insiders.
