The Democrat Establishment owns all the legacy media in the USA. That's why nobody watches those old cable-t.v. networks except for indoctrinated Democrats and politicians.

@markm5946 The same thing happens with any federal program. You affect the entire country by suborning/corrupting/coercing a mere handful of top officials, who then set policy for EVERYbody. That's why it's stupid to ask the federal government to do more than the basics, like defending us from foreign aggression and guaranteeing our rights under the Constitution. All the rest is just a huge power grab. The biggest crooks LOVE the regulatory state, because they WRITE the regulations. They LOVE high taxes, because they make it harder for the little guy to break into the market. Same for regulations. Federal government needs to be trimmed by about at least 50%.

@markm5946 Yup. Controlled opposition, at BEST, is FOX News for you. But bias in reporting is fine. What's NOT fine is how we slept our way through the 20th Century believing that the major networks were "objective." They haven't been objective since before FDR's first fireside chat, when NBC and CBS were radio only.

No. "By any means necessary" is your communist counterparts' slogan. It's as important HOW we turn things around as it is that we turn things around. If we resort to violence or other foul means, no changes we make will be lasting. We will just trade one form of tyranny for another. That's what many liberals are only JUST waking up to, which is good, but they will NEVER see their own hand in the problems we face.

@thedragonsage649 And it's not as if "languish" is the proper term, there. More like "wallowing" or "feasting" than 'languishing,' which makes it seem like they've been suffering as they slurp up our life's blood and sweat at the trough.

What I never understood is how these rich fucks can buy a senate seat or governor's seat in states they're not even from. Romney in Massachusetts? Hillary in New York? Anybody who voted for them is a fool.
