  1. No president has ever shrunk his agencies. Even if they campaign against something, as soon as they're in office, they LIKE that something, and try to bend it to their will. By eliminating the Dept of Ed, Trump is preventing another Obama from sending directives down the "command structure" to politicize education. ALL of the Critical Race Theory, Diversity and Inclusion Offices, and all the rest of the cultural Marxism Obama was pushing became integral to colleges and universities. It started in the postmodern-loving Humanities, and then the Humanities started colonizing all the OTHER disciplines, like an administration within the college administration. It became so prevalent in everything because #1 Dept of Ed told everyone that federal aid would be cut off if schools didn't comply and co-equal #2 College administrators and most of the teachers EMBRACED it and were basically given a green light to push it.
