  1. I think these are giant eye sores and just one more government boondoggle. How about something made for the consumer market that's quiet, doesn't kill birds, and is inexpensive? All the plans made are based on 20-year life spans, which so far, few or none of these monstrosities ever reach, without expensive and hazardous repairs that aren't part of the pie-in-the-sky plans presented to the public.
