  4.  @farhorizons3901  I picked up on that "commissar" bit, too. I think in the states we call them "diversity officers." It's still in its infancy, and the military has been oddly resistant to the idea in the past, but it's coming around. Generally, it's been good for morale and more of the men can feel good about packing a dress, just in case. Really, it comes down to better preparedness, and our troops are second-to-none in that regard. - General Figment
