The thing we don't understand about China is that the CCP thinks nothing of murdering as many as necessary to remain in power. They'd RATHER see economic growth, but if that doesn't materialize, they will crush those who complain.

Government financial support only helps big corporations while hollowing out all the small business. You're actually saying Crony Captalism (i.e. FASCISM) is a good thing. The reason we're failing and China is failing is because they're trying to MAKE things happen, top-down, rather than relinquishing power and LETTING things happen from the bottom up. People WITH power tend to think that they're smarter than everybody else. They're not. They just have more power. But their interests and the interests of the people rarely are the same.

More people means more brains working to solve problems. Yes, we sprawl and pollute too much, but it's not because of overpopulation, rather, it's because of how they live so unsustainably.
