  2. Sounds more like one side had night-vision and infrared while the other side didn't., or they couldn't get away with splashing the other side with infrared. I think in the early part of the conflict, Ukraine had a pretty big lead in gadgets and precision artillery. I don't think that's the case, now. Not to the same extent
