  1. It's set up to fund itself more intelligently, without falling into the same old corporate-sponsor trap. Hopefully people will move, just to escape corporate censorship. It looks like a sustainable model.

  2. Yeah. They need their own trans-coding (new term to me) software. In Camtasia, they call it "producing," but basically it's just compiling.
