  1. Look for another software vendor. I know I'm sick of the trends in legacy software companies. They're gouging us, and they're going to go broke because of customer dissatisfaction. I'm nearing the end of my pro career, so I'm going to stumble ahead with these legacy companies, but if I were a younger person, I'd be open-sourcing everything. I have Mac and Windows machines and my next machine is going to be Linux.

  2. Storage is CHEAP. And all you need from that is an Internet connection to send YOUR data where you want it.
