  6. "Thieves and scoundrels" is how ancient Chinese philosophers described it. This is a fact of human nature that always expresses itself when any group gets power over everybody else. All they do is extend that power, create more laws than anybody can keep track of, and then hide behind those laws. It's been going on since government was invented, but it seems like every generation forgets this, because of the nice man giving speeches making promises to create paradise on Earth, if only we would support him.
