Yes. And if Mueller followed all Russian collusion leads, he'd be hip deep in the swamp, by now.

What I see in Nunes is a guy who didn't bend over 'n' spread 'em when DOJ snapped its fingers. Congress has not done an effective job of oversight, and it's obvious that DOJ and FBI have used "national security" and (I love this one) "sensitivity of the matter" (that's from Comey) as a magical Cloak of Invisibility enshrouding anything that might embarrass insiders. When we DO get materials unredacted, they're NEVER "security" redactions, but actually turn out to be exculpatory evidence in an improper prosecution, or something else that just makes them... look... bad. It's happened too many times, dominic, for anything you're saying to carry any weight. But you're free to construct your world view from a carefully weeded fact set provided you by your biased sources. More power to you. Just understand how stupid you sound.

Hopefully be alive in 5 years and look back and know what guys like Comey, Rosenstein, etc., were up to. Was it a mistake putting Rosenstein in place; Is he a good guy or a bad guy? If he's a bad guy, was leaving him in place a strategy to give him just enough cards to overplay his hand?

They were shocked when Trump emerged from the middle game with the presidency, and now it's a long, drawn-out ballet of Bishop+Knight checkmate. Lots of detours, gotta force the King to the right-colored corner for the Bishop+Knight checkmate. It's tough. It's intricate. But it's winning.

Guys like Brennan, Clapper and Mueller have been swimming in these waters for decades. They think "national security" means they can do as they please, and how dare anyone question them?
