  1. "Declining to prosecute" is always "Declining to prosecute at this time." This doesn't necessarily mean anything, although people who've been following the McCabe story are disappointed at the announcement. But it's looking more and more like the corruption is so widespread, there's no way to get at it. The FISA court judges, themselves, look pretty slimy. They've been rubber-stamping FBI warrant applications since the ink was wet on the Patriot Act. I think the judges are in it up to their ears, and everybody just wants it to go away. I want a hard restart of the FISA process, and barring that, a total shut-down. These people need to come clean, or they can't remain in operation.
