@maredygduygu5243 The "assistance" of which you speak does more to separate fathers from children than the most brutal ICE agent. You think government programs are compassion? I see young boys growing up with no father and no future. I see young girls growing up who think you have a baby to GET your own place, rather than thinking they should get their own place before making a baby.

@maredygduygu5243 In large part, yes. But at least in the Republican party, there are still quite a few who believe in Natural Rights of human beings. ALL Democrats believe the collective trumps the individual in all things. Therein lies our destruction.
