You just haven't done enough research to believe that a person who does their research would see Trump as preferable to any Democrat. I see the march of progress as a process by which people are more free and governments are less oppressive. Everything I see on the progressive/Democrat side is in the direction of feudal serfdom, with bureaucrats and technocrats as the new courtiers, vying to expand their dominions by promotion or growth of their departments. The appetite of elites for siphoning-off the wealth of a country for their own enrichment is boundless. Everybody gets ahead by growing the thing, except the working man struggling to get by or get ahead.

  2. While I'm no Omar fan, we HAVE done a lot of meddling and fighting and killing all over the world for a long time. If YOUR village was hit by American bombs, I bet you'd want to strike back at America. That's part of using violence. You invite it back at yourself. I think WW II was the only just war we've fought since the revolution. But the only reason we had to fight WW II was because we meddled in Europe's affairs in WW I, unnecessarily. Just because THWEY go crazy doesn't mean WE have to!
