@AMX86 : Yup. An opportunity to kick up their heels. What I hear, a lot of out-of-towners descend on these places, and they have their looting plans already laid before they even hit town. Seems like they prey on left-wing protests, when it comes to theft and property damage that hurts small shops the most. There's small-scale theft and vandalism happening in every metro area, and the perpetrators flock to chaos. Have a really good runner do the instigating, with an escape strategy already thought out. Get that 2nd person to pick up a brick. Meanwhile your crew just waits 'til they see all the cops are engaged, elsewhere, and hit the jewelry store and the pawn shop.
