  1. So, we "reward" blue cities with federal police? That's no reward, and I resent paying for it. No city should be given anything for mismanagement and malfeasance. But they'll demand federal intervention and probably get it. Now they're going to normalize National Guard on every corner, and they may not even speak English.

  2. Yes it's unacceptable behavior in a country governed by the rule of law. But letting looters and thieves have their way is NOT the rule of law. The instigating criminal act was not by the shop ower/operator. It was by the brazen thief, who fooled around and found out.
