  3. Actually it's your monthly-grocery-shopping list of multiple abuses of power stretching back for years. Fast 'n' Furious, Benghazi, Libya, Uranium 1, Whitewater, IRS, Spygate... This is a ong pattern of behavior, where people operated as though the agencies of government were their own private playthings. No moral boundaries. Just whatever they wanted or thought they needed, they bent their offices to those ends.

I think you can measure the mettle of a bureaucrat by how much taxpayer money they spend remodeling their office, or how eager they are to add more staff to the organizational chart (which requires a whole new "vice-president of organizational-charts." New chart every day, because they're constantly tweaking it and endlessly fascinated by it.
