  4.  @sammygomes7381  Yup. To stay in the majority, the Republicans became just as big of spenders as Democrats. Why? Because deficit spending on interest groups gets votes. The voters don't love their children, or they wouldn't tolerate all the spending. Just give us what we want, now, and let the kids pay for it, later. We are selfish and we fell for the grift.

  5. We ARE stupid, or the federal government would be less than half its current size. We're getting EXACTLY what we've been voting for, for decades. This where your "government is my friend" voting leads to. Many still say "Govern me harder, Daddy. I'm helpless and afraid."
