  1. Actually, Math is just shorthand for ordinary speech. "Three plus five equals eight" is plain English, as is "3 + 5 = 8." People say Math is a language, and it's not. It's just specialized English terminology and shorthand. Geology isn't a language. Just because most people don't know what a quartz diorite is, or what a nepheline syenite is doesn't mean that those aren't English words (or phrases). Math isn't the language of the cosmos. It's just English vocabulary! What's more, mathematics is absolutely the result of assumptions made, which may or may not have anything to do with how things actually work. That's up to physicists. The math just handles the details once those assumptions are made.

  2. While the rest of the country is outraged by CRT in the classroom, the education establishment now takes it for granted CRT is the way things should be. It's sickening.
