  3. Look at the scope memo Rosenstein gave Mueller. It was clearly restricted to activities by Trump and his campaign. Any leads that pointed in any other direction were not to be pursued. Hillary supporter? Not Trump-related. Not in our mandate. Pursuing Russian activities, the most they could come up with were some troll farms that spewed nonsense against both nominees with equal vigor and equally powerful impact, i.e., zero impact.
