  2. And they both consistently give the bad actors an "out." Now they're pushing "Russian disinformation campaign," when the Russians didn't do diddly squat. The most they found was a troll farm, trying to make money on FaceBook, and talking smack against Clinton and Trump, for clicks. Gowdy's trying to give Deep State malefactors the excuse of "We were misled by disinformation, because we're absolute idiots," and dodge any prosecution for MALFEASANCE.
