  3. Democrats want the Republicans to help them retire Joe Biden. They can blame the Republicans for being partisan if they impeach Joe AND they won't have to nominate Joe in 2024. The Republicans will oblige, while still fighting the Freedom Caucus on their Democrat-style spending and newly-minted Democrat-style war-mongering. That used to be the domain of Republicans, and still is amongst the neocons, but the Freedom Caucus (Trump supporters) hate war, unlike 2/3 of Congress.
