  1. My nephews are still pumping full-time. Keep in mind, that if we're catching cold, countries like Saudi Arabia and (especially) Russia (and Venezuela) have pneumonia. Frackers ain't gonna shut down any time soon. It's more $$$ to mothball and re-start than it is to just keep rolling. I think this is a great time for the USA to build up its strategic reserves, with oil prices this low. Take advantage of the cheap prices and STOCKPILE. Rather than shutting down, let's go all-out to expand our oil-storage facilities. New jobs, rather than losing existing jobs. Saudis aren't hurting us nearly as much as they're hurting the Russians, whose economy is very oil-dependent.
