  2. No. We needed to get the heck out. We just needed to do so in orderly fashion, on the agreed-upon timeline, with our people AND our equipment. This General Keane is saying "Our incompetence and fecklessness was way better than Biden's." He presents us with a false dichotomy. Trump rightly wanted to get us out of there, and the plan and schedule was in place. We need to break out of 1947 realities and free ourselves from Cold War thinking, and address the REAL threats to our national security and real, SUSTAINABLE prosperity for ourselves AND the world. It's there for the making, but there are too many General Keane's still looking at the world like it's 1950. Not a word about protecting our borders, but we've gotta station troops all over the planet? Why? For the interests of a handful of profiteers who thrive on chaos, war and destruction? To guard poppy fields? To control oil we don't need? We were energy-independent and a net oil exporter until the COVID-19 hysteria. It's always the same crowd pumping the latest crisis to justify insane, authoritarian and war-mongering policies. The American people are fed up.
