But I suspect that Twitter vastly underestimates the spam and bots to boost its value, and if it's doing so, then it's doing its best to hide that fact, so it may NOT show up on the standard "due diligence" documentation. Now that he's closing in on a deal, he's digging deeper. It's like buying a house. You don't get to send in a home inspector until you've put down some earnest money.

  5.  @federalreservewolflegend3523  You're more likely to see uncomfortable truth on FOX, but it's still responsive to its corporate sponsors, like Pfizer, and it really dropped the ball in the 2020 elections. When the chips are down, FOX tucks its tail. Still, there's more diversity of opinion on FOX. But all corporate media supports the welfare-warfare elites.
