Stop-and-frisk, stop-question-and-frisk would never have been implemented in the first place if it weren't for a corrupt War on Drugs, the thriving black market that was created by it, and the violence associated with protecting your turf in the black market. THESE ASSHOLES NEVER LEARNED THEIR LESSON FROM PROHIBITION AND THE ORGANIZED CRIME THAT IT FED. Crimes against persons and property are the only crimes the police have a constitutional mandate to investigate.
