Health care is messed-up primarily because of too much federal government interference. This pre-dates ACA/Obamacare. Your health isn't something to be administered by anybody but you and your doctor. Health care and education are both PRODUCTS. You want better, cheaper and more compassionate to the underprivileged? Get government the hell out of it.
