  1. The Left can't on the one hand have their welfare state AND open borders. Even the wacked-out left in Europe is waking up to this and starting to question the open-borders policies. Our immigration policy sucks. We need a hard ceiling on immigration in keeping with tradition. Juan: Immigration is a huge issue for blacks. It hurts them the most. Entry-level jobs need to be there to start the climb up the economic ladder. And that's what the vast majority of blacks want.
