You can always point to the people you helped, but you hurt everybody a little bit to help a few. The people who were JUST scraping by just fall through the cracks. 1st rule of economics: Resources are limited; whereas, wants and desires are not. 1st rule of politics; Ignore the 1st rule of economics.
