  1. If U.S. agencies did the job they were empowered to do, Giuliani wouldn't be traipsing over to Ukraine. We've always known the dangers represented by our own security apparatus, and we're seeing those dangers play out, as the entire U.S. government is bent on covering up the sins of its insiders, and using every trick, every bit of process, every surveillance technique at their disposal to protect themSELVES, rather than Serving the People.
