Never thought Navy captains were that woke. His alarm shouldn't be in the public domain. He SHOULD be fired. It appears that his ship is a self-contained Evergreen College and the inmates are running the asylum. He had a superior officer on his ship that he should've gone through. Doesn't sound like he did. And NO, we're not at war, but you still shouldn't announce to the world that you've got a problem on one or more warships, in case somebody (like China) wants to get aggressive. What I can't understand is how he's raising this alarm and simultaneously not observing social distancing in any way on his ship.
