  1. I think we were in the middle of a pretty good paradigm shift when the virus hit. I do NOT think the economy will ever be the same, and that's not necessarily a bad thing! There are a LOT of parents re-thinking sending their kids to the failing public schools. There are a lot of niches opening up for independent contractors running errands and delivering goods ordered online. Not just Amazon. But grocery deliveries. Grocery pick-up in the parking lot of the grocery store... Independent TEACHERS. 5 or 10 or 20 or 100 sets of parents hiring a 'learning facilitator' or 'teaching team' to provide learning products and learning services. Automated learning products, so-called "Learning Management Systems" (LMSs) that can teach a kid ALL their math, English and history as fast as they can slurp it up. Not just delivered the same way to a bunch of kids at the same time, which is 19th-Century thinking and learning. Cut the indoctrinated indoctrinators out of the loop. SEE your kids' lessons any time you want! Restaurants that can scale up the home delivery and take-out will emerge. Delivering meals is another niche.
