  1.  @katherinehenry1480  He can probably make out as well or better from outside the system, which is crumbling as we speak. Imagine, paying a teacher DIRECT for their services, without 20 bureaucrats taking their slice of every dollar. Education is easily 5 times more expensive than it should be. Administrators run everything, not parents or teachers. And the first thing administrators want to do is hire more administrators. Schools are top-heavy and wasteful. Education should be cheaper and 100% individualized. Instead, costs are spiraling with no end in sight, and it's one-size-fits-all from egotistical teachers who aren't 1/10 as good in the content areas as teachers of a generation or two ago.

Education should be cheap and high quality with the tools available, today. Public schools should be only for the most helpless and imprudent parents who start families and expect somebody else to pay for them. The rest of us are better off without ANY of that help.

  9. The first thing a new administrator hire does is hire extra staff and spend 10s of thousands of taxpayer dollars on new furniture and office remodel. The second thing they do is complain about the workload, to get another worthless administrator hired, with new staff, furnishings and office remodel. Schools are DEFINITELY private kingdoms of, for and by school administrators.
