  1. Yes. You want to help the underprivileged, cut taxes, ditch unnecessary red tape, and give parents school choice. I'll add one more to that list: KEEP THE COST OF ENERGY LOW! Everything the save-the-planet types are doing is killing us. To the elites who are calling the shots, now, doubling or quadrupling the cost of fuel and electricity is no real hardship. Makes them feel better about themselves. But little old ladies are freezing in the winter and dying of heatstroke in the summer. A poor guy can't get that job in the next town over. He can't MOVE to a better town, or out of town, entirely. And the cost of EVERYthing goes up. That's the worst thing you could do to the people you claim to care about the most. Most of the stuff gov't does to help the poor just perpetuates and expands poverty. Now the gov't is saving us from COVID, and that apparently means the "new normal" in perpetuity is dictatorship by technocrats for our own good. Just like they help the poor.
