  1. Democrat AND Republican trade and foreign policy are so topsy-turvy, that when the one guy, Trump, actually negotiates for U.S. benefit, everybody's SHOCKED. Of course, I disagree with both Trump AND establishment types when it comes to pushing our agriculture products for export. I want us to clean up our act on some things, like GMO foods that are pest-free by being semi-poisonous to the consumer. Our agriculture policy seems designed to eliminate family farms, make fuel (of all things), and basically wreck the food value of our produce with industrial farming techniques that dump chemicals on the crops, soil and in our bodies. And get farm-state politicians re-elected with policies that line some pockets but do nothing towards our nation feeding itself. Some American practices make it so I kind of can't blame foreign countries for not wanting to buy our stuff. I think they're finding that the disease and fungus-resistant crops we're literally engineering come at cost to microflora on which we depend to keep our nervous systems and our alliance with mitochondria in our bodies.
