  1. Presidents have too much power. They can defy Congress with executive orders. I'd give Trump a free pass to reverse the worst of what Obama did, but if Congress can't pass the legislation you want doesn't or shouldn't mean you can just ignore them and go ahead and do what you want. That's the main constitutional crisis I see: executive branch gone rogue. After that, and maybe equal to that, is partisan judges flouting the law and making blatantly partisan decisions that don't stand up to any kind of legal scrutiny. How many decisions by the 9th Circuit have been overturned, and why isn't that SOB run out of office for wasting everybody's time and money?
