@Cony Budding Nationalism can all too easily turn into jingoism. But Trump's idea of nationalism was to make FAIR deals, not deals that heavily favored our trading partners, which we would THEN use as leverage to secure their backing when we went adventuring in the Middle East. Trump was against that sort of thing, which is why you were fed the lie that he was just the opposite. What I always want to know more about is whether Trump was just out of his depth, playing a deeper game, or just another billionaire who made it to King Swamp Rat. The reason I'M not sure I trust him is the things he COULD have done, but didn't, like ending critical theory in federally-funded operations, from top to bottom. He waited until he was a lame duck, about to be replaced by a Democrat. That executive order was 4 years overdue. He should've pardoned Assange before he left office. He had the power. He didn't do it. There are many reasons to be critical of Trump. Yours are pretty NPC.
