  1. So you're saying Russia's running its first deficits in many years, after many years of fiscal discipline and saving up for a rainy day? You say they're a 3rd of the way through the portion of their savings that the West stole? Compare this with perennial "peacetime" deficits and spiraling debt in the West. You speak of the problems in Russia, while the West is committing economic suicide. You speak of meddling with neighbors by Russia, when the USA and NATO engage in war and regime change EVERYwhere... Not a big fan of Russia, but they appear to be rational; whereas, the EU and USA do not.
