If I had kids in school, I'd ask them "Where did the bad man touch you, today?"

I hear what you're saying. I don't see any of you teachers speaking out. Just a rando in the comments.

@Precious-hp1vu Public school was where I learned about drugs.

It's not a federal bureaucracy run amuck. It's a federal bureaucracy that shouldn't exist.

Let's not forget that these schools have been indoctrinating our kids to be socialists for decades. I'm glad that this trans ideology has woken parents up to the insidiousness and malevolence of these diploma factories.

@kathrynstafford7099 There's as much or more clinical evidence as anything the CDC and WHO had when they started insisting on the jab as THE BEST strategy. The data is really soft on "your side" of this question. And all the clinical evidence is suppressed by censors, rather than being added to the conversation. Just dismiss it out of hand and micro-criticize the clinical data from front-line physicians, while claiming THEIR data is the bestest EVAR! Look who's signing the checks. Doctors sharing counter-YOUR-narrative data from their own practices are risking their careers to do so. Everyone on YOUR side gets a pat on the head and a media tongue-bath, not to mention continued access to grant money. Dig a little deeper and you see who's following the politics and who's following the science. Dig a little deeper and you'll see who's got the power and who's speaking truth to power.

Yes. FDR used the fight against fascism as the excuse to implement fascism in the USA.

@jayedee8382 You mean March, 2020. But yeah. Only thing is, they did such a bad job with remote classes that many thought remote learning was less good than it actually is, with a LITTLE bit of training for teachers and students.

@V Yeah. I respect their religion, but "God Said" is not an argument for people who are irreligious or worship a different god.

"We love all children." "Yeah. That's why I'm yankin' my kid outta your school."

Congress created the institutions and empowered those institutions. Presidents couldn't abuse powers they didn't have. It's our elected representatives that put these tools in the hands of presidents and unelected bureaucrats. Simple truth: This sort of thing is inevitable when you allow the federal government to meddle in matters far beyond its constitutional remit.

A lot of this is driven by the War on Drugs. Plenty of more and more sophisticated and heavily-armed drug cartels, created and financed by the War. Perfect excuse, along with paranoia about terrorism to give them the excuse to subject the entire population to a new police state. Even the runaway crime in urban areas drives the militarization and federalization of law enforcement. Once built, it's inevitably turned against good people. That and a contradictory, loophole-filled rule set allows the worst criminals to hide behind rich lawyers and makes criminals of all of us. We're just waiting for the government to notice us and single us out for the take-down. We're all in violation of SOMEthing.

It's not just the failed policies, but how they went about ramming them down people's throats, and treated anyone who disagreed with them. They'll just move on and blame their mistakes on the far right. I know I'm not havin' any of it, but Democrat voters will just pivot along with their leaders, and congratulate themselves on how nimble and quick-witted they are.

I pray for them.
